In the 1960s, TLC led the industry in developing the Tokyu Plaza urban shopping center. Since then, it has accumulated numerous successes in this field. In recent years, it has also sought to develop suburban shopping centers that create entertainment zones closely integrated with local communities, as well as urban center commercial facilities that serve as hubs of the latest trends and information. TLC continues to provide new commercial facilities for a broad range of operations, never losing sight of current trends in all aspects of the living space.
