Developing numerous residential projects in Bandung and Jakarta in Indonesia, luxury condominiums in Singapore, and the Palau Pacific Resort: luxury resort hotel in the Republic of Palau (also highly appreciated by guests from Europe and the U.S.); based on a wide-ranging expertise honed in Japan and a spirit of solidarity with the local communities in which it operates overseas, TLC is aggressively developing projects across the Pacific Rim. In 2007, it established Tokyu Land Corporation (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a local subsidiary in Shanghai, China, as a first step to expanding opportunities in the rapidly burgeoning Chinese market. |

In September 2007, TLC established a local subsidiary in Huangpu District in Shanghai to accumulate experience and know-how in real estate business in China and to promote operations in China by making the most of the know-how and expertise gathered as a Japanese comprehensive real estate developer.
