| TLC celebrated its twentieth anniversary with the development of Tokyu Harvest Club, a project that seeks to combine the satisfactions of owning a vacation home with hotel-style comforts. |

Since the opening of Tokyu Harvest Club Tateshina in 1988, TLC has developed members-only hotels at selected resort locations throughout Japan. With their distinctive characteristics and enviable prestige status, these facilities over the past 20 years have won a strong following among our clientele. In 2008, TLC introduced VIALA, a new series featuring Tokyu Harvest Club VIALA Hakone Hisui as its first location. TLC thus continues to offer facilities and services that answer the demands of the age.

TLC develops a wide range of resort facilities throughout the country, including a diversified range of golf courses and ski resorts, each with its own distinctive characteristics. In April 2007, TLC launched a joint venture with Taiheiyo Club, Inc. to manage its golf courses.

TLC has since the 1970s continued to develop and sell high-quality vacation homes and resort condominiums that complement its giant, resort complex. In 1978 it established a subsidiary to handle the sale of these residential facilities - Tokyu Resort Corporation. TLC now offers many types of properties designed to enhance the recreational lives of its customers.

Tateshina Tokyu Resort

TLC's resort hotel business began in 1975 with the development of the Niseko Kogen Hotel in Hokkaido. Today, the company manages resort hotels, including the Republic of Palau, a popular destination for professional and amateur divers from around the world. The Palau Pacific Resort Hotel, which opened in 1984, features cottages that blend in with the natural surroundings and allow guests to enjoy the tall palm trees and other features of the hotel's tropical environment.

Since the 1970s, Tokyu Land Corporation has been involved in the development and operation of giant resort complex that offer a large variety of leisure facilities, including hotel accommodations, ski runs, golf courses, tennis courts, that enable customers to enjoy sports and leisure activities on a year-round basis. They also feature carefully groomed gardens that lend a sense of aesthetic beauty to the surroundings as they are transformed by the seasons. TLC's six resort complex include Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina, Tangram Madarao, and Niseko Kogen Resort. Other resorts, such as Hakone Myojindaira and Amagi Kogen, offer a combination of facilities as well, including Tokyu Harvest Club Hotel accommodations.
