With respect to disclosure, the Company strictly adheres to applicable laws and regulations as well as the rules and regulations of the stock exchange. The Company also discloses information on its management strategies and financial position to extensively promote understanding of its business activities.
<Disclosure Policy>
The Company shall disclose information as per the regulations on disclosure as set out by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and in accordance with the laws and ordinances related to financial commodity transaction law. Furthermore, it is our policy to make every possible effort to disclose all information, including information disclosed at results briefings and information not subject to disclosure under relevant laws and regulations, that is deemed to be of value in assisting our investors to understand the Company.
<Method of Disclosure>
Information falling under the purview of the “Regulations for Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by a Corporation Issuing Listed Securities, etc.” is disclosed through the Tokyo Stock Exchange's timely disclosure network TDnet. Disclosure documents such as securities reports shall be released though the Financial Services Agency's electronic disclosure system (EDINET).
The Company shall endeavor to promptly post on its website all information publicized through TDnet. With regard to other information, the Company utilizes the most appropriate methods for disclosure to investors depending on the content of the information.
<Quiet Period>
During the period when the financial results are being prepared, to prevent the divulgation of information which could have an impact on our stock price, and to assure fair disclosure, the Company has established a period of silence from the day following the last settlement day of the quarter until the day that quarterly financial results are announced. During this period, the Company does not make any comment or respond to questions regarding its business performance.
However, in the event that it finds a major discrepancy from projections during the Period of Silence, the Company will disclose the relevant information in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Appropriate Disclosure.
