Increasing school enrollment rate, Steady changes in the number of students living alone in urban areas, Against the backdrop of an increase in international students, to cater to the housing needs that continue to change with the times, We entered the business of developing student residences in 2017. Working together with NATIONAL STUDENTS INFORMATION CENTER Co., Ltd., a Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group company, we provide services ranging from the development of student residences and acquisition of properties, to management and operation of the residences, in a group-wide manner. We won the Good Design Award of 2020 as CAMPUS VILLAGE brand.

Circular Economy Initiatives

CAMPUS VILLAGE Osaka Kindai-mae incorporates circular design, an integrated process that spans resource procurement and manufacturing, into the furniture and interior furnishings used in everyday life, to effectively utilize and recycle resources. Through this concept, we aim to create a space where residents can learn about the circular economy by experiencing it firsthand.

Industry-Academia Collaboration

We are working to become the student residence brand of choice through co-creation with students via projects including student-oriented project with Kindai University to improve the appeal of residences, and the “ThinQ Life! Project,” a joint industry-academia workshop with Kyoto Seika University.
