Senior Housing

The Setagaya Nakamachi Project is a multi-purpose building development project consisting of BRANZ City Setagaya Nakamachi, a condominium, and Grancreer Setagaya Nakamachi, a senior housing facility. Based on the concept of “multi-generation urban development”, the Community Plaza, a communal building open to the community, is equipped with functions to support each generation, including lifestyle support services, childcare services, and nursing care services. Through this optimized urban design, we aim to promote interaction among generations and lifestyle continuity from one generation to the next.

We began running the Grancreer senior housing series in 2004, when we first opened our senior housing base and fee-based nursing homes. This series is located mainly along the Tokyu Line, and provides quality services built around private spaces that create a hotel-like atmosphere.
