To address food issues facing Japan, we will leverage our capabilities as a comprehensive developer and the execution power of our Group companies to help build infrastructure that ensures stable food supply and sustainability.
In collaboration with specialized businesses and agricultural corporations, we will support vertically integrated agriculture, known as sixth sector industrialization, and promote the development and ownership of “plant factories” (indoor farms) that utilize renewable energy. We will also consider branching out into land-based aquaculture and livestock production in the near future.
INFRASTRUCTURE & INDUSTRY
Food Business
Plant factory business
The Company took over this business in June 2025 and launched the plant factory business under its direct control.
Stable production ensures both quality and profitability, and we can supply fresh, delicious produce at any time.
We have established a robust agriculture business resilient to climate change, and we look to further expand and develop these factories moving forward.

Land Improvement Business
The Company operates a land improvement business in Shiraoka City, Saitama that solves the issue of idle and abandoned farmland while revitalizing the agriculture industry and upgrading logistics infrastructure. Our business has garnered attention for both its environmental and social significance.
Going forward, we will continue to engage in the land improvement business, combining non-agricultural land and the Company’s existing businesses.

Techno Farm Keihanna (Plant Factory)
Techno Farm Keihanna is our company-operated plant factory that integrates various new technologies, including automation of cultivation processes and advanced environmental control systems featuring LED lighting and climate control.
We cultivate 30,000 heads of lettuce (around 3,000 kg) every day.
