The Company has cultivated development and operational know-how in the industrial real estate business, including logistics facilities, data centers, and “plant factories” (indoor farms). We also support stable energy supply and decarbonization management through the environmental energy business, which boasts an industry-leading track record. Leveraging these strengths, we will provide new industry infrastructure across all of Japan as we steadfastly support corporate onshoring efforts.
INFRASTRUCTURE & INDUSTRY
Industrial Park
GREEN CROSS PARK
GREEN CROSS PARK is an industrial park that was named after concepts the Company holds in high regard: Green (environmental friendliness and sustainability) and Cross (diverse intermingling and innovation).
Under the banner of “+GREEN, +CITY,” we flexibly combine our GX, DX, and community planning capabilities to achieve sustainable, urban development, designed with industry in mind, as well as help revitalize industries and promote local co-creation.

Southern Tosu Cross Park (Tosu City, Saga)
Tosu has long been an industrial hub because it offers excellent access to all of Kyushu as a traffic hub, has relatively little seismic activity, boasts abundant freshwater resources, and is brimming with nearby manpower. Recently, however, the locality has been facing a shortage of industrial land. To solve this issue, we are working to develop an industrial park as a public-private partnership (PPP) in collaboration with the city of Tosu and Saga prefecture.

Iwate Kanegasaki Project (Kanegasaki City, Iwate)
This new industrial park development features 100% renewable energy and is sited near the Iwate Chubu Industrial Park, a magnet for some of Japan’s major automotive manufacturers and other leading manufacturers.
