Higashigotanda 2-Chome Block 3 Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project
We aim to create a space for water lovers along the Meguro River by developing buildings with excellent earthquake resistance, roads and pedestrian spaces, and parks and plazas.
Nihonbashi 1-Chome East District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project
We will contribute to urban regeneration by developing pedestrian infrastructure along Nihonbashi River and around Nihonbashi Station, introducing urban functions to enhance international competitiveness, strengthening disaster preparedness, and reducing the burden on the environment.

Shibuya Sakura Stage
Shibuya Sakura Stage will be located in Sakuragaoka, a district with diverse functions, such as offices, commercial, educational and cultural facilities, and residences, close to Shibuya Station, one of Japan’s leading terminal stations, and with good access to Daikanyama and Ebisu.
By creating international business bases utilizing the Tokyo Metropolitan Government-owned land and conducting area management, we are taking initiatives to promote revitalization of the surrounding areas.
As an urban sightseeing base and a complex facility that serves as a landmark of the West Exit of Shibuya Station, it is contributing to the liveliness of the area.
As the designated manager of the first Park-PFI (public installation management system) project at a park in Shibuya ward, we aim to provide new value in work, play and living and realize park operation with high sustainability.
