Palau Pacific Resort (“the Resort” below), which is operated by Tokyu Land Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Hiroaki Hoshino, “Tokyu Land” below) subsidiary Pacific Islands Development Corporation (Headquarters: Republic of Palau; President: Shinya Tange, “Tokyu Land Group” below), hereby announces that it has executed a comprehensive cooperation agreement (MOU) aimed at the realization of a local circular economywith the Koror State Government (Governor: Eyos Rudimch), Republic of Palau and the Koror State Recycling Center. Under this MOU, the Resort will commence sales of “original flower vases” upcycled in cooperation with the recycling center operated by the State of Koror from glass bottles consumed inside the Resort.
